exercise..

saya manusia biasa..
paling tak suka "mesin penimbang berat"..
sbb dh tau mmg gemuk..
few weeks back,my aunty memberi idea utk exercise..
katanya bkn utk kurus tapi kesihatan!
kita kena sihat!
live healtily!
mula,nak cari yoga..
tapi mcm susah coz time tak kena..
payah la camtu..
tapi tak mematah kan semangat pun..

tadi..
kami mulakan pengembaraan baru..
mission:we have to walk 10,000steps per day..
pergggh..memang tak daya la..
tapi misi diteruskan jugak..
kami berjalan dari 7eleven taman tar(near boom corner) ke ampang point..
dan kemudian ke tiara ampang..
rase mcm jauh giler..
tapi mmg jauh pun..
kami jalan suka2..
tapi bila congak2 tak sampai pun 10,000steps..
jauh manela 10,000 steps tu..
tadi yg kita rase jauh pun ade jela lebih2 pun 1,000 steps je..

lepas tu..
at 8pm i tgk tv..
biggest loser asia..
fuyooo~~
baru tahu ramai org obes..
lepas tu,instructor diorg boley pulak buat bold statement "which want do u choose to spend more for eating healthy or spend more for hospital bills(if u are diagnosed with terminal disease)? u choose..
hoho~
itu memang berasap la dgr..
tapi itu pun puncanya..
food is the source of everything..
energy and diseases..haha
payah betul la kan..

so,berbalik pada alkisah tadi..
rasenye mcm nak diteruskan exercise ni lagi..
tapi lepas ni nak buat kat seberang tambak la..
lagi best kot..
sambil exercise cuci mata n berhabis ape yg ada..
